Responsibility:

The key responsibilities involve the following.

• Understanding of Electrical drawings.
• Understanding of Electrical & PLC logic.
• PLC & HMI programming. (Delta / Mitsubishi)
• Panel Layout design & panel wiring
• Control system BOM selection as per SOP & customer inputs.
• Trouble shooting of electrical system.
• Repairs & replacement of Electrical / Electronic parts.
• Inputs for the Development of new concepts in electrical / electronics
• Site Visit for service in case of Electrical break down
• Site visit for Installation

Qualifications

• Industrial Consumable Sales – Cutting Tools, Solid Carbide Tools, Work holding Solutions, Tool Holding Solutions sales desirable.
• The user of Metal Cutting Tools in a Production environment as CNC/VMC Operator, Supervisor/CAM Programmer
• Tool Room Executive for making and setting of Cutting tools.
• Application knowledge is necessary.
• Proven history of strong networking skills
• Troubleshooting of electrical system.
• Capability in managing existing clients while expanding the customer base for growth.

The user of Metal Cutting Tools in a Production environment as a CNC/VMC Operator, Supervisor/CAM Cutting Tools sales is predominantly “Technical” Consultative Selling Process, so a person with good knowledge of cutting tool selection/usage and willing to work in Sales may also apply.
In such a candidate, past sales experience is not necessary.

Responsibility:

The key responsibilities involve the following.

• Study the RFQ and inputs required from the customer with the CBG team.
• DAP meeting & note the Points suggested by the customer.
• Costing Sheet of Mfg for project Enquiries
• Coordination with Engg team for any changes in design for easy & low-cost mfg.
• Codification and Standardization Mgmt.
• Processing of PR for Project Material requirement as per design.
• Project Execution within approved Budgets and timelines.
• Project Execution time plan ( GANTT Charts ) Preparations & Monitoring.
• Suppliers Coordination for BOP & Mfg. parts
• Overall Quality Check during system assy and integration, FMA check before customer PDI & delivery.
• CUSTOMER PDI trials, Packing of material,
• Unpacking of material at the site, System Install & handover to customer – do all coordination.
• Customer coordination in After-sales service.
